Soffit

Soffit is the finishing material on the underside of your roof overhang, which provides essential air circulation and ventilation to the airspace of your roof structure, which will help to prevent mold growth and rot, in your roof.  Ask us about available soffit options!  We work with aluminum, cedar & pine soffit materials.  Though many new homes in the Kelowna and Okanagan region have wood soffit on them,  the most common and affordable product for soffit is still vented aluminum, which can match in color to your eavestrough with a baked on color finish!

Aluminum Fascia

Fascia either attaches to the outer edge of your roof framing, or will cover over the outer edge of your roof framing, depending on which product is used.  This prevents your roof framing from weathering over time.  We can cover over your roof fascia with an aluminum cladding, that can match your gutters & soffit with a baked-on finish.  Or we can use a smart trim product which is made of compressed wood and engineered to look like real wood, while upholding to the elements.  This product can be painted any color you like and comes in a variety of sizes!  The most common fascia product in the Okanagan Valley is the Smart Trim.  While the most affordable and maintenance free product is still the aluminum clad fascia
