Gutter Guard / Leaf Guard Systems

Imagine this…  it’s a classic Okanagan rain fall, your eavestroughs are overflowing and splashing the soil and grass below, the water is slowly killing the grass in that area and making a mess of your garden beds!  So you pull out a ladder or hire someone to come and have a look at your eavestrough, only to discover this!

Your gutters are full of debris! The downpipes are clogged with leaves so the water has nowhere to go but over the edge of your eavestroughs, the weight of the water stuck in your gutters is not only damaging to the eavestrough themselves, but also to the wooden fascia on your home.

Keeping your eavestroughs clean and free of debris is essential to ensure proper function.  If you only need to clean your gutters once every few years then that may be the solution for you.  But if you have a number of trees near your home and find that your eavestrough is constantly needing to be cleaned out, then we suggest using a gutter guard leaf guard system to reduce the frequency and difficulty of cleaning the gutters out.
